Location: Our Brick & Mortar shop in Sidney, B.C.

Salary: $18-22 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Type: Part-Time. 7-12 hours weekly. (Must have flexible weekend availability - working 1 weekend day and 1 week day or evening).

Job Description:
We are an all-natural health and beauty refillery store seeking a passionate and dedicated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in natural health and beauty products, and a commitment to promoting a natural, healthy lifestyle. It is important to be able to work both in a team collaborative environment, as well as the ability to work individually and problem solve if and when necessary. You bring positive energy to work with you and are excited at the idea of helping people look and feel their best. If you are interested in working outside the brick & mortar shop here-and-there, there will be opportunities to work at local markets selling the product. The most important asset we are looking for in a candidate is for them to have impeccable customer service skills. 

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the products that best suit their needs
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all
- Maintain knowledge of our product line, including new products and trends in the natural health and beauty industry
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness and restock products as needed
- Assist in product making tasks when needed, including making product, packing, labelling, fufilling online orders etc. 

Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience (3 yrs preferred)
- Knowledge of, or interest in natural health and beauty products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual
