These loose mineral eye shadows are made with natural micas and are amazingly versatile. Apply them dry with a brush for a soft sweep of color, or wet for vibrant intensity (add only a drop of water to a small amount of powder at a time). Turn sifter jar upside down and dispense a very small amount onto the lid or your hand, then apply with a brush.  Deep or vibrant shadows make great eyeliners when applied with an angled liner brush.  Contains: Micas, silk powder, magnesium stearate & titanium dioxide.
